About PlanPath

Why we created PlanPath

Working within the planning and development industry, we saw the same challenge repeated time and time again. Homeowners, renovators and first-time developers weren't struggling because they lacked motivation—they were struggling because nobody had ever explained how the process actually works.

Information was available. Council websites contained planning controls. Consultants understood their own areas of expertise. Approval authorities explained their own requirements.

But very little brought the whole journey together into one simple, practical pathway. So we decided to build it.

Not another technical manual. Not another collection of legislation. A clear, practical system that helps everyday people understand the development journey from idea to completion.
